If you identify with the following scenarios, this program is for you:
You have negative-intrusive thoughts that make you feel that you are not capable of achieving what you set out to do.
You are tired of that self-critical voice that tells you very hurtful things and you want to learn to manage it.
You constantly compare yourself to other people (even physically) and even if you follow super demanding diets and exercise routines, you feel that it is never enough.
Your sense of self-esteem or self-confidence depends on what other people think and believe about you.
It is difficult for you to recognize the talents, qualities, values and positive aspects of yourself and that paralyzes you from taking action to pursue your dreams and goals.
You suffer from a negative body image and/or are constantly ashamed of your body or certain parts of it.
And in general, if you have gone through traumatic and painful processes that have caused you anxiety, depression or an eating disorder, this space can help you achieve a greater state of well-being and take care of your mental health. Please note that this is a therapeutic program but does not replace therapy.
Program Curriculum:

💗 Week 1 - Identify the origin of insecurities | Date + TimeWe will have a welcome session and an overview of our time together. We will establish group rules and language. We will understand why we feel or can feel “contempt for our body”, what fatphobia is and how it is related to our insecurities.

💕 Week 2 - Improve your relationship with your body image | JAN 24 AT 10:00AMWe will identify your negative dialogue about yourself, and I will provide you with tools to transform it into compassionate dialogue. We will learn what Cognitive Distortions are and how they affect your body image.

💕 Week 3 - Strengthen self-esteem through respect | JAN 31 AT 10:00AMWe will address the exercise The mirror and I. We will understand what activities involve our body and that embarrass us, we will learn to leave behind that unpleasant voice in your head and we will begin to create a life that reflects the reason why you started the program We will have our weekly Exposure Therapy session and incorporate affirmations as a powerful tool to improve your self-esteem and self-confidence.

💕 Week 4 - Map of emotions and learning to manage them | FEB 4 AT 10:00AMWe will learn not to judge emotions, to realize that they are all valid and sometimes they appear to give us a clue. Let's discover the powerful tool of Self-Compassion to be able to put flexibility into practice and continue speaking to ourselves in a gentle way. We will learn the difference between shame and guilt and its impact on our internal dialogue and the concept we develop about ourselves and our value.

💕 Week 5 - Work on negative thoughts | FEB 7 AT 10:00AMWe will explore and free ourselves from shame and guilt, and discover the pleasure and opportunity of leaving your comfort zone. We will delve into self-compassion and learn to forgive ourselves for having been so hard on ourselves for so long. At this point in the program we begin to integrate much more into stopping being at war with ourselves and connecting more with our power.

💕 Week 6 - Focus on self-care practices | FEB 14 AT 10:00AMWe will understand the powerful principles of Health at all sizes. I will present some keys to continue reconciling with ourselves and being our most authentic self. We will learn to focus on self-care and activities that nourish our value as people and our body. We will participate in a social media detox that can change your style and quality of life. And we will close with our weekly exposure therapy session.

💕 Week 7 - How to set healthy boundaries | FEB 21 AT 10:00AMWe will learn to set limits and say 'NO' and we will learn to prevent others from sabotaging our success. I will introduce you to what body neutrality is and we will participate in the Progress Challenge in which we will evaluate: where are you now? We will have our weekly Exposure Therapy.

Who would be your mentor?

Hello, I'm Ale, creator of this program, and I want to share my story with you: I remember I used to be obsessed with the way my body looked, constantly doing diets or fitness challenges, but I never felt like it was enough. Until 2 years ago I said ENOUGH.
I entered an eating disorder recovery center and my life took a 180 degree turn. It was the first time I learned about self-compassion, self-acceptance and began to heal my relationship with food, my body and most importantly with myself and my self-esteem.
Since then, my purpose became clear: to help more women or people with a vulva to fully accept themselves as they are now (not when they lose a certain amount of weight), to value their abilities and make the most of their potential, and to nurture self-confidence, all with the purpose of reconnecting with their personal power. In this space I help you regain your sense of joy, freedom and purpose.
We are going to lovingly evaluate those moments in which you say 'no' to yourself, when you really want to say 'yes' to yourself, and I will push you until you manage to give yourself permission to live all those sensations and moments that you deserve with yourself and your body, because it is not worth continuing to be at war with yourself.
Also, I am going to teach you how to set limits on toxic messages and tune in to your intuition. I will gently guide you so that you learn to move your body for pleasure and not punishment, and I will inspire you to laugh more, dance more, and live your most authentic self.

How it works:
This 8-week space will be what you need to feel good under your own skin, feel confident in your personal worth and have all the tools to give yourself care, affection, compassion and thus achieve all your goals.
Once a week we will meet via Zoom to discuss a topic, discuss it, clarify doubts and do exercises.
It will be an exploratory space to learn to accept and respect each other, where you will heal in community, at your own pace. No pressure and no guilt. A totally compassionate space.
Every Monday you will receive an email with the plans and exercises for the week ahead.
In a Telegram group you will have support from Monday to Friday. Every day we are going to write in the journal “A little while for you” and we will use the affirmations “A hug for you”.
